Art Activities
CREATE will provide all the art supplies needed for your art project, which will be led by two art teachers who will ensure that each child goes home with an original artwork they are proud of and excited about.
We invite you to visit our center or call us to discuss activity option for your birthday child. Some projects that have been done:
- Mask making
- Beads, figurines, magnets, pins with Sculpey (polymer clay)
- 3D collages
- Book making
- Puppets for a puppet show
- Sewing and decorating pillow or bags
- Painting and decorating flower pots or wooden treasure boxes
- Crayon Transfer onto banners or shirts
- Special projects for 3, 4, and 5 year olds include butterfly wings, bean & pasta collage/jewelry, making play dough, puppets, water color resist paintings.
Or come up with an original project just for your child’s party with the help of our experienced staff. The possibilities are endless!
Time
The party is a total of 1.5 hours and the structure is as follows:
- 15-20 min – Decorating Birthday banner while everyone arrives
- 45min-1hr – art activity
- 15-20 min – singing and birthday cake
Our Space
We use 2 classrooms for the party. One classroom is used for banner decorating and birthday cake and the other for the chosen art activity. We welcome you to bring decorations such as balloons, streamers, happy birthday signs, etc.
Fees
The total cost is $250.00 for 10 children (the birthday child and 9 guests). We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 children for an additional fee of $15 per child. There is also a $50 flat charge for the cost of a second teacher when the maximum (20) is reached. If you would like to lengthen your party, each 15 minutes over the initial 1.5 hours will be an additional $25. A nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your party date and time. Payment for the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Parents Responsibilities
- If desired, provide birthday cake, birthday candles, matches, drinks, etc.
- Provide serving utensils, tablecloth, plates, cups, plastic forks, etc.
- Clean-up food and decoration
