Class Refund Policy
When CREATE is notified five working days before the start of class, CREATE will give a full refund of fees minus a $25 administrative fee per class. After the first day of class, CREATE will give a 50% refund of fees minus a $25 administrative fee per class. Should CREATE cancel a program, all fees will be refunded.
Camp Refund Policy
When CREATE is notified five working days before the start of amp, CREATE will give a full refund of fees minus $125 processing and administrative fee per camp session. After the first day of camp, CREATE will give a 50% refund of fees minus a $25 administrative fee per camp session. Should CREATE cancel a program, all fees will be refunded.
Class Cancellation Policy
Classes will close whenever Montgomery County Public Schools close due to weather conditions or other reasons. Cancelled classes are always made up.
Makeup Class Policy
There are no makeup classes for missed classes.
Class Cycles
Each cycle is usually 8-weeks; some are 6-weeks and some are 10-weeks: If you cannot attend the entire cycle, we allow attendance for most classes (by prior approval) for the first or last half of the sessions. Please call to arrange for this option in advance.
Class Size
We always strive to keep the maximum class size to 12 students. Younger students' classes may be smaller. All classes are subject to adequate enrollment. You will be notified only if a class is cancelled or a starting date is changed.
Contributions
CREATE always welcomes donations (tax deductible) to our scholarship fund. CREATE is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization. When donating to the United Way, please specify CREATE Arts Center's # 8654.
Tutoring
Private tutoring is available by appointment. Individualized instruction stresses learning skills and development of confidence for success at school.
Discounts
Sibling discount-$10, or bring a friend to join the class and
receive a $10 discount. Discount coupons available at your local
library.
CREATE Arts Center is a private non-profit 501 (c) 3 arts organization.
